How to send Meeting Minutes immediately

Open the workspace of which you would like to send the meeting minutes. Click on the three dots as shown on the image and select " Email meeting notes". An email will be sent to all the users who are part of that workspace immediately.

Note: If a user has disabled "Meeting Minutes Email" from Account settings, they will not receive the meeting minutes email.
