When active members of a workspace have the agenda opened, their profile image/ letter will be shown on the top right corner of the screen.

When a member is already editing an agenda item, there will be a notification shown to the other users that a person is actively editing that agenda item if anyone else tries to edit the same agenda item.

This feature is available for Agenda descriptions and Summaries to avoid loss of data when multiple members edit information at the same time.
