If you are the meeting manager/host of an agenda/meeting/workspace, you can assign a new meeting manager for a workspace.
Step 01: Open Agenda Settings in that workspace
Step 02: Open "Members" tab
Since you are the meeting manager of the workspace you can,
Remove other members
Make existing meeting managers regular members
Give up your meeting manager rights (if you do this, another meeting manager can only reassign you as a meeting manager)
A workspace must have at least one meeting manager.
