We all have those agendas which have quite lengthy descriptions, agenda items & next steps. This will make the agenda intimating (boring) and frankly daunting.

To change the view option to "Compact",

This will hide the agenda description of the agenda item and next steps whilst keeping the Agenda Item visible to the reader immediately.

Note: changing the view will not alter the other users' view of the workspace instead it only changes your agenda view for that specific workspace
