If the calendar event's date or the time has been updated, rest assured your Hypercontext workspace will update the date or/and time accordingly (give a couple of refreshes to your page, if the calendar event has been just updated)
However, If you are looking to link a newly created meeting event to an existing workspace in your community, please follow these simple steps.
Step 01: Locate the workspace and click on the "current date and time"
Step 02: A calendar selection would open up, click your calendar account type - Outlook or Google
Step 03: Locate your new calendar and click sync (make sure the primary calendar has been selected)
This will update the workspace date and time accordingly.
