In this help article, we will go over privacy in your Community Workspace

Who can view my meetings?

One-on-One:

Only yourself and the other individual in the 1:1 will have access to view agenda items, past meetings and next steps. No other member of the organization will have access to view any of the agenda items so that you can have a safe place to host your meetings.

Team Meeting:

Only the members that have been invited into a particular meeting will have access to view agenda items, past meetings and next steps. Within the team meeting, all members will have access to view the next steps of other members of the team, but only for that particular meeting.

Hypercontext Home Page:

On the hypercontext Home Page, you have the ability to view your next steps as well as the next steps of others. The next steps that appear when viewing others are only the next steps that are part of the meetings that you are in together.

For example, if I have a team meeting with Adam, I would not be able to see any of the next steps that are assigned to him from other team meetings or 1:1's that he may be a part of.
