To access your notification settings in Microsoft Teams click "Settings" at the top right corner of your screen.
Calendar Sync 📆
Toggling this allows you to schedule your meetings by connecting them to your calendar or by scheduling them manually.
Note: We only support "cloud hosted" Exchange accounts through Office 365, and not any "on premise" solutions at this time.
Channel Notifications 👥
These are the notifications you’ll see in your General Channel. They are global settings that are reflected across your whole team ie. if you toggle these settings off, it will be off for everyone in your team.
Personal Notifications 👤
This controls the notifications for upcoming meetings if your meeting is scheduled. When this notification is on, you’ll get reminders about upcoming meetings on your Today Page if you’ve scheduled your meeting (synced with Outlook Calendar or scheduled manually).
Note: This is the only notification that can be controlled at the personal level for MSTeams people.
Digest Emails 📧
All users will receive a daily digest email. To learn more about what’s included in the daily digest email click here. To stop receiving these, you can either hit "unsubscribe" in the actual email itself, or you can head to the web app and toggle off Digest emails under the settings there.
